Terms of Service

GlamVillas is a membership platform that connects travelers with luxury hotels willing to offer complimentary or discounted stays in exchange for honest reviews and social media coverage. GlamVillas acts as an intermediary only — we do not own or operate any of the hotels listed on the platform.

GlamVillas provides tools and information to help you pitch to hotels, but we do not guarantee that any hotel will accept your application. Hotel acceptance decisions are made solely by the individual hotels and are outside of our control.

Subscription fees are charged for access to the platform and its tools, not for guaranteed stays. No refunds will be issued solely on the basis that a hotel declined your pitch.

If a hotel grants you a stay, you agree to provide an honest, genuine review of your experience. Reviews must:

• Accurately reflect your stay
• Be posted within 14 days of checkout
• Be published on the platform(s) agreed with the hotel
• Not be incentivized to be artificially positive

Submitting fake, misleading, or paid-to-be-positive reviews is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

GlamVillas reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that:

• Submits fake or dishonest reviews
• Misrepresents their social media following or engagement
• Harasses or threatens hotel staff or other members
• Attempts to game the referral or contest systems
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

In cases of serious misconduct, termination may occur without prior notice and without refund of any subscription fees.

GlamVillas offers a single “Explorer” plan available on a monthly ($5/month) or annual ($25/year) basis. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Price changes:We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before changing subscription prices.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, your account may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

The referral program awards contest entries when friends sign up using your unique referral link. Referral rewards are subject to change and may be discontinued at GlamVillas’s discretion. Abuse of the referral system (e.g., self-referral, fake accounts) will result in disqualification and potential account termination.

Monthly contests (including the Maldives giveaway) are subject to separate rules published at the time of each contest. GlamVillas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any contest at any time. Winners are selected at random from eligible entries. Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

All content on the GlamVillas platform — including but not limited to hotel listings, AI-generated pitches, and design assets — is owned by GlamVillas or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Content you submit (e.g., reviews, profile information) remains yours, but you grant GlamVillas a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for operating and promoting the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlamVillas and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• A hotel declining your application
• Disputes between you and a hotel regarding your stay or review
• Interruptions or errors in the GlamVillas platform
• Actions taken by third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Google)

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months prior to the claim.

GlamVillas is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GlamVillas is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
